Refund, Return, Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Refund Policy

At CAPITAL MEDICAL Supplies, we are committed to providing high-quality medical equipment and ensuring customer satisfaction. Refunds are granted only under the following conditions:

• You received a defective or damaged product upon delivery (with proof such as photos or videos).
• You received the wrong item.
• Your order was canceled by CAPITAL MEDICAL Supplies due to stock or delivery issues.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through your original payment method.
Note: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Return Policy

We accept product returns under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• The request for return must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must include proof of purchase (official receipt or order confirmation).

We cannot accept returns for used, damaged, or hygiene-related products (e.g., thermometers, nebulizers, masks, and test kits).
Return shipping costs are shouldered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped by contacting us immediately at info@capitalmedical.ph or through our customer service hotline.

• If the order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the Return Policy once received.
• Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7–14 business days.

No-Show Policy (for Pickup Orders)

For customers who choose the Pickup option:

• Orders must be claimed within 5 business days from the confirmation date.
• Unclaimed orders after 5 days will be considered forfeited, and payments will not be refunded.
• Rebooking or rescheduling pickups may be allowed upon request, subject to availability.
